Meet The Chef Tasting Event
When you become a DCCH wedding couple, one of the most important steps of your planning is selecting the menu for your special day. Your “Meet the Chef” event will include a smaller reception experience with a guest list of 6-8 brides including their grooms plus four guests, and most importantly a vast variety of menu items to taste. Not only will you be tasting entrees but we will have a selection of accompaniments, butlered passed hors d’oeuvres, and champagne!
Another very important introduction will be made at the event - Danielle Lowry, Banquet Manager. Danielle will "run the show" the day of your event. From making sure the room is set per your customized diagram to the timing of your dinner.
