MEETING FACILITIES Before you plan your next meeting, convention, or banquet, acquaint yourself with one of the Midwest's most appealing year-round convention centers, the Decatur Conference Center and Hotel. Conveniently located in the heart of Illinois, the Decatur Conference Center and Hotel is accessible by three major highways I-72, I-57, and US 51. Our location, size and staff are the building blocks to providing conference planners with an ideal meeting site for their attendees. Over 55,000 sq. ft. of banquet, meeting, and function space is available, in a number of flexible configurations. Our larger meeting facilities consist of three main "great halls" — Holiday Hall, Fountain Hall, and the MLK Crystal Ballroom. These three areas are further dividable into as many as 27 smaller spaces. For hospitality areas and private gatherings, our Executive Learning Center is adjacently located.
